PACIFIC Islands Forum Ministers have concluded the legal text of the Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER) Plus.
The agreement aims to create jobs, raise standards of living and encourage sustainable economic development in the Pacific region.
The conclusion on the legal text of the agreement was reached in Christchurch, New Zealand yesterday.
Foreign Ministers from the Pacific Islands agreed that members would work towards finalising the PACER Plus market access negotiations with a view to completing them by the end of October this year.
